I’ve been using Color Charts for quite a while for my Tombow Dual Brush Pens, Zebra Mildliners and Pigma Micron Fineliners pens.
Since I do not always feel like transfering all the color variants of my pens to my current journal (with 96 Tombow markers you’ve been busy for a while :-)), I’ve created a template on which I record the color and the colorname once and use it again and again.
I have optimized the templates and make them available as a free printable for you.

How it works?
Print the template on a paper of your choice, i’m using the regular printer paper. Then grab your pens and fill in the color palette.

I still laminated my color charts, so they are a little bit stronger and do not look wrinkled after two weeks. But of course that’s not necessary.
So that’s it. It is really no time and I think the cards are really practical – I have them almost always in use.
